She was predeceased by: her husband Phillip J. Shutts; and her parents, Herman Manley and Helen Manley. She is survived by: her son Scott J. Shutts (Karen) of Louisville, KY; her grandchildren, Noah Shutts of Louisville, KY and Skyler J. Shutts of Louisville, KY; her sister Sharon Duncan; and her sister-in-law Kim Manley. She is also survived by extended family & friends.
