She was predeceased by: her husband Francisco Alvarado. She is survived by: her children, Esperanza Padilla (Elfren) of Radcliff and Francisco "Frank" Alvarado (Zulma) of Cocoa, FL; her sister Aurora Castro of Puerto Rico; her grandchildren, Jaycee M. Padilla-Hayter (Keith), Efren A. Padilla (Kursten), Daniel Padilla (Emili), Jessica Alvarado (Billy) and Matthew Alvarado; and her great grandchildren, Amy Padilla, Candyce Padilla, Mannie Padilla, Tristan Padilla and Jadyn Ortiz.
