He is survived by: his children, Lisa Billings (Danny) and Brian Dillihay; his brothers, Joe Dillihay (Phyllis), Ricky Dillihay (Cindi), Tony Dillihay (Gail) and Terry Dillihay (Chris); his grandchildren, Lily Billings and Alex Billings; his nieces and nephews, Jason (Holly), April (John), Trent, Joel, Meagan (Clay), Audrey, Evie, Madelyn (Cameron) and Joseph; and his close friends, Barbara and Armando Ramirez.
