He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Deckard and Betty Deckard; and his brothers, Mike Deckard and Danny Huff. He is survived by: his siblings, Tim Deckard (Barri), Greg Deckard (Amanda), Laura Tabor (Ricky), Jane Yenshaw, Debbie Buxton (Tim), Theresa Clower (Dale) and Donna Alldaffer (Ted); and his close friend Courtney Simmons. He is also survived by extended family & friends.
