He was predeceased by: his wife Renate Caudill; and his son Norman Lee Caudill. He is survived by: his sons, Michael J. Caudill (Karen) of Vine Grove, KY and Steven A. Caudill (Amy) of Pennsylvania; his grandchildren, Steven Zachary Caudill, Tessa Caudill, Samantha Caudill and Brady Caudill; and his sister Anna Stidham. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family & friends.
In lieu of flowers the family is requesting for memorial contributions to be made to any veteran charity.
