She was predeceased by: her husband George Andrew Elkins. She is survived by: her children, Georgia Elkins of Elizabethtown, KY, Susan Velez (Samuel) of Vine Grove, KY, John Elkins (Sheila Voll) of New Albany, IN and Richard J. Elkins (Joann Jackson) of Radcliff, KY. She is also survived by several grandchildren; many great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
