He is survived by: his children, Willis Fields, Jr. (Francine) of Spring Lake, MI, James Martin Fields (Taria) of Pikeville, KY, Carolyn Marie Ferrell (Randy Dale) of Richmond, KY and Brandi LeAnn Meade (Brian) of Corinth, MS; his brothers, Eugene Fields of Joes Creek, KY, Greg Fields and William Fields; his grandchildren, Kenneth Fields, Kimberly Fields, Crystal Crawford, Jessica Quick, Justin Ferrell, Gabe Ferrell, Kristia Adkins, Camron Potter, Sean Fields, Mary Alison Fields, Nathan Meade, Madison Meade and Carli Beth Meade; his great grandchildren, Atreyu Adkins, Draven Adkins, Alanna Quick, Cody Crawford and Olivia Crawford; and also Bethanie Fields (Michael) of Morehead, KY.
