He is survived by: his wife Janice Michelle Thacker (Slone); his daughters, Shelby Faye Thacker, Samantha Howell (Keith) of Floyd County, KY and Ariell Thacker (Michael) of Betsy Layne, KY; his stepchild Skyler Thacker; and his brother Johnny Dean Thacker (Deanna R.) of Kingsland, GA.. He is also survived by Five grandchildren.
