He is survived by: his father Sidney Taylor; his daughters, Kendra Ashley Taylor (James) of Raccoon, KY, Breonna Rae Taylor (Matthew) of Pikeville, KY and Miranda Blackburn of Pikeville, KY; his siblings, Joey Jay Taylor (Robyn) of Virgie, KY, Sidney Taylor (Melinda) of Pikeville, KY, Glenn Wallace Taylor (Sissy) of Pikeville, KY, Kimberly Williamson (Wendell) of Pikeville, KY and Melissa Thacker (Adam) of Pikeville, KY; his grandchildren, Hannah Elisabeth Taylor, Camren Jace Tackett, Kaci Forsyth and Landon Forsyth; and his brother Randy Mullins (Teresa).
