He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinard Justice and Elsie "Hunt" Justice; his brother Jimmy Justice; and his sister-in-law Linda Adams Justice. He is survived by: his wife Portia "Thacker" Justice of Raccoon; his sister Peggy Compton (Larry) of Millard, KY; and his mother-in-law Olive Thacker of Lick Creek. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, family and friends.
