He is survived by: his children, Jerry Neil Sesco (Debbie) of Pikeville, KY. and Rhonda Marcum (Des) of Pinson Fork, KY.; his grandchildren, Taleka Sheree Sesco, Karinda Paige Ishmael, Wesley Neil Sesco and Jalyn Patrice Forsyth; his close friend Doris "Dot" Robinette; and his brother Joseph Sesco of Arizona. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
