He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Adkins; his sons, Danny Ray Adkins (Jodi) of Sevierville, TN and Justin Gene Adkins of Zebulon, KY; his pet Rotten; his aunt Cindy Varney (Harry) of Sidney, KY; his brother Duran Adkins (Lora) of Robinson Creek, KY; his nieces and nephews, Ellanor, Malakhi and Terry Adkins (Traci) of Thornhill, TN; and also Duke Patton.
