He is survived by: his wife Connie Chapman (Justice) of Raccoon, KY; his children, Quienten Earl Chapman of Raccoon, KY and Shannon Chapman Thacker (Thomas) of Prestonsburg, KY; his siblings, Leman Chapman of Virginia and Brenda Gay Griffith of Raccoon, KY; his grandchildren, Allyson Keen, Gracie Chapman and Keera "Little Bear" Chapman; his great grandchild Elena Keen; and his close friends, Olivia, Noa, Phyllis, Marie, Keith, Mark, James, Irene and Edna.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Community Funeral Home (4902 Zebulon Hwy, Raccoon, KY 41501). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
