He was predeceased by: his father Leon Hess; and his brother Jeff Leon Hess. He is survived by: his children, Misty Caudill (Owen) and Kyle Hess (Ashley); his brother Greg Hess; and his grandchildren, Kylie Danielle Hess, Jackson Caudill and Elijah Caudill.
