He is survived by: his father Foster Justice of Raccoon, KY; his daughters, Crystal Varney (Chris) of Kimper, KY, Misty Justice of Pikeville, KY, Shena Hamilton (Mike) of Kimper, KY and Kristen Justice of Pikeville, KY; and his siblings, Greg Justice of Raccoon, KY, Keith Justice of Wheelwright, KY and Deeann Justice of Raccoon, KY. He is also survived by 13 Grandchildren; and two Great Grandchildren.
