He is survived by: his sons, Joe Justice (Lisa) and Bill Justice (Tina); his grandchildren, Billy Joe Justice, Bradley Pinion, Donald Ray Rogers, Larry Rogers, Chris Rogers, Ryan West, David West, Justin West, Dalton Stiltner and Bailey-Jo Stiltner; and his siblings, Eloise Tucker and Bennett Justice. He is also survived by ten Great-Grandchildren.
