It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Marie Ratliff of Raccoon, Kentucky, born in Pikeville, Kentucky, who passed away on December 30, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Belcher, Jr. and Mildred Faye Childers Belcher; and her daughter Sarah Elizabeth Ratliff. She is survived by: her daughters, Christy Leedy of Pikeville, KY, Melissa Bartley of Kimper, KY, Amanda Leedy of Kimper, KY and Vanessa Tibbs of Elkhorn City, KY. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
