He is survived by: his parents, David Varney of Raccoon, KY and Lola Layne (Slone); his daughter Tori McKenzie Clevinger (Gage) of Kimper, KY; his stepmother Kathy Ward of Phyllis, KY; his siblings, Steven Varney (Candy) of Channel City, KY, Brandon Layne of Mt. Sterling, KY, Shane Layne (Kodi) of Beckley, WVA and Amanda Gay Hamilton (Brandon) of Phyllis, KY; and his close friend Amanda Varney. He is also survived by six nieces; 3 nephews; and one great nephew.
