He was predeceased by: his parents, Hershel Cremeans and Beulah Johnson Cremeans; and his siblings, Ronald Lee Cremeans, Jeanie Smith and Ruthann Sartin.
He is survived by: his sons, David Cremeans of Quincy, KY and Michael Cremeans of Quincy, KY; his sister Brenda Parks of Waterford, MI; and his grandchildren, David Cremeans Jr, Hannah Smith, Kaitlyn Cremeans, Dustin "Buster" Cremeans, Clayton Cremeans and Easton Cremeans.
