He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Meadows and Nancy Dummitt Meadows; his wife Wanda Meadows; and his sons, Bennie Meadows Jr. and Ricky Meadows.
He is survived by: his daughters, Vickie Lykins (Michael) of Vanceburg, KY. and Debbie Henderson (Jack) of Las Vegas, NV. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, several great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
