He was predeceased by: his parents, Mack Neely Smith and Flora Hunt Smith; his siblings, Eldred "E. L." Smith, Dewey Smith, Wesley Smith, Myron Smith, Alta Bates, Jessie Smith and Pauline Smith; his granddaughter Leslie Grise; and his son-in-law Roger Skipworth.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Smith of Quality; his children, Carole Jean Skipworth of Allegre, Amy Lynn Blancett (Tom) of Lewisburg and David Stanley Smith (Shirley) of Russellville; his brothers, Donnie Smith (Mildred) of Lewisburg and Raymond Smith (Sandra) of Greeneville, TN; and his grandchildren, Cyndi Wiles (Michael) of Elkton, Allison Bryson (Josh) of Franklin, Kaitlyn Blancett of Quality, Chris Skipworth (Erica) of Elkton, Craig Skipworth (Amanda) of Russellville and Caleb Blancett (Ellie) of Elkton. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren; one great great grandchild.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Price Funeral Home, Inc. (252 E Green St, Lewisburg, KY 42256). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Pallbearers will be: Chris Skipworth, Craig Skipworth, Jarrett Wiles, John-Michael Wiles, Tommy Blancett, and Caleb Blancett, In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to: Mt.
