She is survived by: her husband Seldon Combs; her children, April Combs Childers (David, Jr) and Duane Combs (Alicia); her grandchildren, Mackenzie Combs (Cody Miniard), Cayden Childers, Teagan Combs and Katharine Cohelia; and her brother Isom Caudill, Jr. (Virginia). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
