We are sad to announce that on March 6, 2022, at the age of 59, Jack Thomas Jr. of Putney, Kentucky, born in Harlan, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Andy Thomas and Becky Couch Thomas; and his siblings, Frank Maggard, Dorothy Miller and Juanita Slone.

He is survived by: his daughter Brandie Sullivan; his siblings, Chester Thomas (Zena), Arnold Maggard (Wanda), Johnny Maggard, Harlan, Flora Seals, Lillian Truitt (Garrett) and Elvie Brock; and his grandchildren, Abbie Maggard and Isaiah Cornett. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
