She is survived by: her sons, Donald Couch (Melissa) of Corbin, KY, Billy Couch of Putney, KY, Bobby Couch (Virginia) of Rosspoint, KY and Johnny Couch of Putney, KY; and her siblings, Manuel Whitehead, Ted Whitehead (Thelma) and Mary Greene. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
