She is survived by: her husband Howard Lewis; her children, Jerry Lewis (Kitty) of Slemp, Maxine Lewis (David) and Jeraldine Cornett of Gilley; her siblings, Ruth Proffitt (Charles) of London and Jimmy Williams (Mariann) of London; her grandchildren, Kim Miller (Jamie), Eddie Cornett, Mark Lewis (Christina), Shannon Garland (Chris), Greg Lewis and Dwight Lewis (Crystal); her great grandchildren, Nicole Bennett (Justin), Candi Miller (Jon), Reagan Miller, Ezra Cornett, Gage Cornett and Kaydee Lewis; and her great great grandchildren, Macey, Savanah, Keagan and Elijah Bennett. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
