The passing of Melba Holman of Provo, Kentucky leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on January 16, 2025 at the age of 86. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Wilson and Ruby Pendley Wilson; her siblings, Darrell Wilson, Patricia Forbes and Delores Wilson; and her son Chris Holman.
She is survived by: her husband James Holman; her daughters, Connie Greathouse (Ricky) of Provo and Tracy Morrison (Dave) of Bowling Green; and her grandchildren, Bryan Barks (Alene), Jeremy Barks, Jacob Greathouse (Jesse), Kelci Morrison, Jack Holman, Kelly Morrison, David Morrison, Jr. and Jessi Hack (Jeremy). She is also survived by eight great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Monitcello Missionary Baptist Church (69 Monticello Baptist Church Rd., Rochester, KY 42273).
