He was predeceased by: his parents, W. H. Villines, Jr. and Curt Wilson; his daughter Christy Grissom; and his brother Roy Villines. He is survived by: his wife Gwen Villines; his stepmother Virginia Villines of Benton; his son Darren Villines (Kriste) of Clay; his stepson Tim Guinn of Madisonville; his sister Barbara Blagg (Mitchell) of Benton; and his grandchildren, Chelsea Wade (Ben), Ty Grissom, Drake Villines, Kennedy Villines and Hunter Guinn.
