He is survived by: his wife Diann Morse; his daughter Susie Smith (Brent) of Evansville, IN; his stepdaughter Luisa Phillips (Daniel) of Providence, KY; his sons, Jeffrey Morse (Janet) of Providence and Timothy Morse of Dawson Springs, KY; his stepsons, Scotty Stone (Andrea) and Jason Niupulusu of Franklin, TN; and his sisters, Cindy Kolb of Smithland, KY, Laura Avery of Tallahassee, FL and Donna Johnston of Knoxville, TN. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
