He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Stinnett and Imogene Stinnett. He is survived by: his wife Reba Lindsey Stinnett; his daughters, Teresa Massey (Keith) and Carla Kelley (Greg); his siblings, James Arlie Stinnett (Betty), Ann Wilkerson, Brenda Townsend (Tommy) and Karen Weldon; his grandson Tyler Kelley (Haley); and his great grandchildren, Chloe and Zander Kelley.
