He was predeceased by: his brother Luther Gabriel Scheer. He is survived by: his wife Ashley Scheer (Noffsinger); his grandmother JoAnne Fuchs; his parents, Verl E. Scheer Jr. and Laurie Scheer (Chapman); his children, Makayla Noffsinger, Lucas Scheer, Kelsey Conrad, Nathan McGregor and Breanna Scheer; and his siblings, Jessie Scheer, Carl Sheer, Warren Scheer, Leah Blanford, Nina Gibson and Virginia Scheer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
