He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Spainhoward of Providence, KY; his daughters, Jamie Hinson (Thomas Jr.) of Henderson, KY, Tracy Spainhoward of Smith Mills, KY, Teri Brooks (Larry) of Henderson, KY and Heather Gray Spainhoward of Providence, KY; and his siblings, Mary Sue Spainhoward of Henderson, KY, Roy Spainhoward of Henderson, KY, Jerry Spainhoward of Henderson, KY, Tony Spainhoward of Geneva, KY, Paul Spainhoward of Spottsville, KY and Donnie Spainhoward of Henderson, KY. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
