He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Woolfolk and Odie Inez Blackburn Woolfolk; and his siblings, John Royster Woolfolk, Jimmy Woolfork Sr., Margaret Jean Pillow, Betty Jane Davis and Joan Ann Brooks.
He is survived by: his wife Katherine Hay Woolfolk of Henderson; his sons, Freddie L. Tapp of Henderson and James D. Hay of Henderson; his siblings, Aurelious Woolfolk (Estelita) of Providence, Carolyn Hooks of Providence and Gwendolyn Woolfolk (David) of Evansville; his grandchildren, Nicholas Tapp, Desiree Tapp, Hailee Tapp, Jayden Hay, Karah Hay and Alexandria Hay Bartley; and his great grandchildren, Kyron Tapp, Tay and Roz Lyn Tapp. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins, other loved ones, and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church (827 Westerfield Dr, Providence, KY 42450). Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
