He was predeceased by: his parents, McNary Rhye and Eva Rhye (Oliver); and his son Jerry V. Rhye. He is survived by: his wife Haroldlene Rhye (Cox); his son Roger Neal Rhye (Jennifer); his stepdaughters, Johnetta Fritz and Shanda Belt; and his brothers, Terry Rhye (Debbie), Neal Rhye (Diane) and Bruce Rhye (Julie). He is also survived by 6 Grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
