It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby Jones of Providence, Kentucky, born in Madisonville, Kentucky, who passed away on October 3, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Stevens and Bertha Prescott Stevens; and her husband Morton Ray Jones. She is survived by: her children, Julie Tapp of Providence, Lorie Richmond (Johnny) of Providence, Richard Jones of Providence and Danny Jones of Providence; and her sister Polly Burton of Providence. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.
