She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Woolfolk and Minnie Hampton Woolfolk; and her siblings, Everett Woolfolk, Larry Woolfolk, Louis Woolfolk, Joyce Belle, Shirley Young, Osie Broady, Sandra Battle and Paula Franklin.
She is survived by: her husband Calbert Brooks of Providence; her children, George Woolfolk (Stacy) of Nashville, Sherri Starks (Wesley) of Providence, Stacey Woolfolk of Providence, Velda Nichols of Madisonville and Daina Woolfolk of Madisonville; and her siblings, Louis Allen (Patrice) of Providence, Shelia Hawkins (Bobby) of Providence and Valerie Hyde (James) of Union City, Tennessee. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
