He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mae V. Perkins and Ray Frazier; his wife Christia D. Frazier; his children, LaRonda Hall (Michael) of Providence, KY, Mero Wallace (David) of Dothan, AL and Dathan Gaither (Tryvgva) of Henderson, KY; his siblings, Marilyn (Elder), Christina Frazier, Douglas Frazier (Gwenette) and Wesley Starks (Sherry); his aunt Delores Woolfork (Jimmy); and his uncle Douglas Rollins (Katrina). He was also cherished by 12 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren.
