He was predeceased by: his parents, Eunice Travis Duggin and Earl Duggin. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Houchins of Madisonville, Christi Blanchard (Steve) of Madisonville and Jeremy Duggin (Kellie) of Madisonville; his sister Sharon Hobgood of Providence; his grandchildren, Kayla Pierre, Emily Duggin, Jacob Abell, Justin Abell and Landon Duggin; and his great grandchildren, Zoie, Mylah, Jaidin, Junior and Weston. He is also survived by one nephew; and two nieces.
