It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Phillips of Providence, Kentucky, born in Madisonville, Kentucky, who passed away on October 10, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Larman Parker. She is survived by: her daughter Dr. Paige Warren; her son-in-law Dr. Jason Warren; her granddaughter Kendall Warren of Henderson; and her sister Joyce Parker Bowles (N. C.) of Madisonville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
