He was predeceased by: his parents, Joyce Dean Phillips Railey and Billy Carroll Railey; and his daughter Stephanie Railey. He is survived by: his wife Janet Yarbrough Railey of Providence; his daughter Christina Keyes (Jordan) of Frankfort, KY; his grandsons, Duncan and Ellis Keyes; and his sister Julie Sellers (Bobby) of Princeton, KY..
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 27th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, October 28th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Strother Funeral Home – Providence Chapel (301 N Broadway St, Providence, KY 42450). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
