He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Springfield and Lottie Springfield. He is survived by: his close friend Tabitha Kay Gibson of Providence; his children, Jennifer Phillips (Dalton) of Providence, Jeremy Springfield (Keisha) of Princeton, KY, Michael Springfield (Chancie) of Princeton, Travis Springfield of Providence, Corey Springfield of Madisonville and Steven Springfield of Providence; his siblings, Kathy Springfield of Madisonville, Gracie Alexander (Paul) of Diamond, KY, David Springfield (Sabrina) of Morganfield, KY and Johnathon Springfield (Lucille) of Evansville, IN; his stepchildren, Emilee Rigdon (Drew) of Sturgis, KY, Joshua Gibson of Sturgis, Corey Gibson of Morganfield, Tiffany Orten (Scotty) of Rabbit Ridge, KY and Brittany Hart of Rabbit Ridge; and his grandchildren, Brenton, Bradon, Sophia, Carter, Natalie, Hadliegh and Oakley.
