He is survived by: his children, Kelli Hunziker (Jonas) of Morganfield, KY, Chrissie Cates (Chris) of Onton, KY, Samantha Shoulders of Madisonville, KY and Dusty Shoulders (Sierra) of Providence, KY; and his sisters, Cherie Burton of Clay, KY, Melanie Thornburg (Bill) of Marion, KY, Stephanie Trotter of McComb, IL and Stacey Pickard (Steve) of Rockholds, KY. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
