He is survived by: his mother Thelma Louise Tanner Oakley of Dawson Springs, KY.; his daughter Sara Rickard (Amanda Curry) of Providence; his stepson Jesse Rickard (Melissa) of Bowling Green, KY; his sisters, Suzanna Hancock (Larry) of Dawson Springs and Stacey Turner (Terry) of Dixon, KY; his granddaughter Vada Rickard of Providence; and his stepgrandchildren, Evie, Randall Tomlinson and Franklin Reed. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
