He is survived by: his mother Judith Ann Prince; his wife Susan Adams of Providence; his stepsons, Timothy Wayne Grimes of Madisonville and James Lucas Brooksher of Providence; his siblings, Donna Ann Miller of Illinois, Julie Renee Kitterman of Owensboro, John Adams of Granite City, IL, Dee Adams of Nebo, KY and William "Woody" Adams of Owensboro; and his grandchildren, Skyler and Payton Brooksher.
