He is survived by: his daughters, Rhonda Minton (Michael) of Madisonville, Ava Shade of Madisonville, Ladonna Brown (David) of Clay, KY and Lorna Marvin (Mark) of Madisonville; his brother Thomas Bryan Putty (Margaret) of Madisonville; and his nephew Ferriel Reager of Madisonville. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren; and several other nieces and nephews.
