She is survived by: her husband David Paul Alexander of Providence; her children, Teri Frailey of Dixon, Jessica Clark of Clay, Jennifer Bouquenoy (Roger) of South Haven, MI, Whitney Latham (Bradley) of Marion, KY, David Brian Alexander of Providence and Jimmy Alexander (Betty) of Marion; and her siblings, Kathy Springfield of Madisonville, David Springfield (Sabrina) of Morganfield, KY and Jonathan "Peewee" Springfield (Lucy) of Evansville, IN. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, three step-grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
