She is survived by: her husband Johnny Whitfield Sr. of Providence, KY; her sons, Johnny "Chip" Whitfield and William Michael Whitfield; and her brother Shelly Blanchard of Providence, KY. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
