He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Owen and Ruby Wilson Blake; and his sister Wanda Shipman. He is survived by: his wife Martha Blake of Cairo, KY; his children, Lacheie Eblen of Cairo, KY and Lucas Blake of Henderson, KY; his grandchildren, Jordan Duncan, Jacheie Blake, Tristan Blake, Blake Ellen Eblen, Trevor Lott and Owen Eblen; and his great grandchild Ally Duncan. He is also survived by 3 nieces.
