She was predeceased by: her parents, Goldman Vanover and Nell Vanover; her sisters, Ruby Carter (JD) and Joyce Akridge (Mike); and her brother-in-law Dudley Gobin.
She is survived by: her stepfather Virgil Wood; her son Troy Gobin (Kathy) of Marion, KY; and her grandsons, Derrick Gobin (Alissa) and Andrew Gobin (Kylee). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
