She is survived by: her children, Amy Copeland of Providence, Billie Teague of Providence and Michael Belt (Tammy) of Owensboro; her siblings, Brenda Fox of Hopkinsville, Betty Vaughn (Ricky) of Nortonville, Reba Smock (David) of Marion, Susie Harris (Mike) of Clay, Johnny Belt of Providence and Jody Belt of Flatrock; and her grandchildren, Mikayla Copeland, Nicholas Teague, Candace Teague, Darriel Harpole, Samantha Belt and Schyler Farmer.
