He is survived by: his wife Deborah Schultz Bloxham of Providence; his daughter Dawn Bobek of Desplaines, IL; his stepdaughter Jennifer Brown (Clint) of Slaughters, KY; his brother Don Bloxham (River); and his grandchildren, Haley Bobek of Housten, TX, Autumn of Slaughters and Bryson Brown of Slaughters.
